How does Eco Air care for the environment?
Let’s be truthful, refrigerants are harmful to the environment. You might be surprised to know that some companies let these harmful refrigerants straight out into the atmosphere. You can be assured that we at Eco Air, whether we are installing or decommissioning an air conditioning/ refrigeration system, we are doing it the safe way, with no harm to the planet. Our waste of mixed refrigerants are accumulated and dispatched to Actrol for responsible disposal.
We use air conditioning products that are eco-friendly, such as Koala Green. These specialised products are Australian made, natural and antimicrobial. The most important is that they protect and prevent units from corrosion and build ups of mould. The coolest thing is that you will be contributing towards koala conservation by choosing Eco Air!
And obviously, we take recycling and waste disposal very seriously.

What is covered in my warranty?
Manufacturer’s warranty:
Your new air conditioner will generally always come with a five year Manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty generally covers the materials, parts (repair or replacement) and labour.
As we recommend and supply different brands, please refer to the manufacturer’s website for full terms and conditions. Within 30 days of your new air con purchase, always register online as you can sometimes qualify for a warranty extension of up to two years.
Eco Air’s installation warranty:
We are confident in our workmanship and we aim to do an outstanding job when installing your new air conditioner. All of our licensed technicians have undergone years’ worth of training, specifically in the air conditioning field so you can guarantee we have been correctly trained, and always keep up to date with the latest technology and industry standards.
We offer our customers a five year peace of mind installation warranty. It covers everything involved with the installation, except for the unit itself, which is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. If you experience any faults or problems with your air con, please give us a call. Provided the system has been well maintained and used properly within the manufacturer’s guidelines, we will inspect it and if determined to be our workmanship, we will fix the problem asap without charge. *
*If any other company, other than Eco Air Con Group, has cleaned, serviced or worked on the system within the five year installation timeframe, the installation warranty becomes void.
*If the problem falls under the manufacturer’s warranty, we will happily assist you in lodging your warranty claim with the manufacturer.
